The Snow Globes are a stand-alone and not included in any other collections.

I'm a beginner, is this suitable for me?

Yes! The tutorial in the LSP Video Library shows you how. All you need is Photoshop to use these.

What is the refund policy?

Our products are digital downloads. Once you purchase and download a product, you have gained access so it cannot be returned. However, customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:


ā€¢ If the file is corrupt or faulty you are entitled to a replacement. 

 

ā€¢ If within 10 days of purchase, you have any issues at all with your product, please reply to your order confirmation email and describe your issue. We will endeavor to help with your issue(s) and may require further information and co-operation from you during the troubleshooting phase.


ā€¢ If the product you have purchased still does not work as advertised/described after we have assisted you, and provided you initially contacted us about any issues within 10 days of the order, then we will refund you.

Will these work in my language?

LSP Actions have been designed in English.

There is no auto-translation of the Photoshop Actions, layers or file names into other languages - these will all be displayed in the English Language.


LSP will work best for you if you have an understanding of the English language. It does not auto-translate.


The tutorial videos are also in English, but if you switch on subtitles [CC] in Youtube, you should hopefully be able to read these in your language.

Am I allowed to sell images using the LSP Digital Backgrounds (to clients or use in my portfolio?)

You are allowed to use the LSP Digital Backgrounds for client images and within your portfolio.

You are allowed to use the LSP digital backgrounds alongside, and within the terms of, your standard photography service. 


PERMITTED USEAGE:

The image must be flattened and saved as a JPEG before it becomes part of your client gallery or your portfolio ā€” a "Finished Composite".


You can share the finished composite in all the usual ways within your business, such as: 

- Within your website portfolio

- On social media

- As part of your client's digital image gallery

- Sold to your client as a finished composite JPEG

- In print

- And everything else that aligns with your photography services.



NOT TO BE USED FOR:

X Competition / Awards

X Resale / redistribution

X Sharing with other photographers

X Given as a gift as it is (if it is flat with subject inserted, then you can gift the image to your client following the terms of your photography service as above).

X You CANNOT share the digital background as it is, without your photographed subject inserted.

Can I enter the images edited with these into competitions?

It depends on the rules of the competition. Some competitions do not allow you to enter into awards using overlays or elements that are not created by yourself so please check carefully.
