How do I access the actions after purchase?

After purchased you will receive your confirmation email, receipt and a link with a button to "download" inside.


Inside the download link you will find the Photoshop Actions and a 9 minute video tutorial to download.

I'm a hobbyist, can I still follow this tutorial?

Sujata's tutorials are very easy to follow. The best thing is, you can watch as many times as you want. So, if there is something you need to go over a few times you can simply pause or rewind the video.

I purchased before from Sujata. How do I access?

You will have been sent an email with instructions for how to access your courses purchased from Sujata at But Natural Photography, now at LSP Actions. 


This email will have come to you in March/April 2024. Please run a search of your inbox. 


If you can't find the email or have any problems at all, please email us at hello@lsp-actions.com with proof of purchase so we can get your access.

Do I need to use Photoshop?

Yes these are Photoshop Actions to be installed within Photoshop only.

What is the refund policy?

Once you purchase and view/download a product, you have gained access so it cannot be returned. However, customers may request a refund in the following circumstances:


Whilst we are confident that our products will be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, if, within 14 days of purchase, you have any issues at all with your product, please reply to your order confirmation email and describe your issue. 


We will endeavor to help with your issue(s) and may require further information and co-operation from you during the troubleshooting phase. 


If the product you have purchased still does not work as it should or as described after we have assisted you, and provided you initially contacted us about any issues within 14 days of the order, then we will refund you or provide a replacement of the product.
